Sometimes things just happen for the best reasons. After being laid off during the COVID ups and downs, I really wanted to do something different for my family and myself. Something that could really make an impact on others in positive ways.

During my wife’s 20+ year career in the window covering world, one thing always stood out with her customers. The need for professional installers!

People who could really care enough to do the little things every time. Good old-fashioned customer service and professionalism. Seemed pretty basic to me, but I was brought up with deep-rooted values like, “If you’re gonna do it, do it right or don’t do it.”

That got me thinking.

Dad was a small business owner, and Mom always encouraged me to go do something better than basic. I thought to myself, maybe the universe is trying to tell me something.

It was. And I’m glad I listened.

I dove in head first and learned everything I could about the products and industry ways. Knowing I could help so many other small business owners, decorators, designers, and scared retail customers, there was no time to waste. We’ve been busy since day one, and customers keep coming back with friends and industry partners. 

Getting to work with the best area designers and abroad, as well as directly with local homeowners, has really been the highlight of the business. Getting to see the amazing projects come to completion, knowing we played a pivotal part, has paid the biggest dividends.

No matter how big or small your project is, no matter if you have a designer or need some help, we’ll treat you like family, and we won’t stop until the job is done right.
